Privacy

Grounded stores workouts, plans, preferences and notes locally on your phone. The app has no accounts, ads, analytics tools or developer-operated server and does not send your training data to the developer.

Apple may handle device backups according to your system settings. Deleting the app may remove its local data.

If you email support, your message and email address are used to answer your question. Only send information you want to share. You may request deletion of support correspondence.
